Fax Data is available as:

1. Fax number only - [international access code] + [country code] + fax number - for example +448707626245 – that’s our house format but we can deliver in any format you chose - .csv, Excel, Access, .dbf etc. Normally supplied by email we can also send by internet download, or on a disk, CD, DVD, USB memory stick or on a portable hard drive.
2. Fax number + any other field that may be available such as -
i. Company name
ii. Mailing address
iii. Type of business
iv. Telephone number
v. Number of employees

   Undeliverable numbers are inevitable with high volume fax lists. If you are offered lists described as 100% deliverable then keep well clear of that supplier. Some numbers will fail because they are busy, or reach a switched off fax machine, or one out of paper, or a manually switched fax/phone machine; some numbers will be discontinued or faulty. Typically, we will supply 20% more numbers than we invoice for. In almost all cases this means our customers get what they paid for. When a customer buys 10000 numbers from Fax-Number-Lists dot com, we send them 12000 and they will be able to deliver at least 10000 faxes.    Deliverability Guarantee.Undeliverable records (unreachable fax numbers) are replaced or refunded against a call log report. It is our usual policy to supply more records than paid for in order to compensate, in advance, for undeliverables.
